After breeding, usually you wait for about 21 days to see if your doe gets another heat cycle.
You can watch her heat cycle but sometimes the heat cycle might be silent and very difficult to see.
There are several things you can determine.
1. Ultrasound after 30 days from the breeding date.
2. Using P-strip
3. Check on doe's tail
4. Keep checking and compare to Pre-Breeding udder & Post - Breeding udder for FF.

False pregnancy
Using Lutalyse in order to stop the false pregnancy. Lutalyse needs to be prescribed by the vet. In this case, 5mg/ml for IM (Intramuscle) twice. 1- any day to give. Within 2 days (48 days) she will start wee a lot = finishing the false pregnancy.
Then most likely have a new heat anytime after 48 hours from the 1st lute.
Do not pay attention that heat as an actual heat to breed.
Wait for 14 days from the first lute and give the second lute. Same dose.
Within 2 days or so, she will most likely get into heat. This is the time you can breed.
The idea behind lute 2 weeks apart is to force that cycle and assuming there is no egg there then there should be one ready to go on the second dose. Here’s the thing. If there is in fact a egg there and you give that second shot then you just lost that fertile egg so you don’t want the buck near the doe on that first shot.
