Sire: Hurlburt Farms KC Roman *B Sire's dam: Green Gables MB Dorothy 5*P Dam's Sire: Helm Acres CornerStone Checker (PB Nubian) Dam: O7F Cinnamon Claire de Lune was born as the smallest of the triplets. She is still very small with lots of energy. We will see if she is going to be small like her sire. She will have amazing udder and teats attachment from both her dam and sire as well as the production of milk. She has an extremely long straight topline with nice angle of ramp with wide body. We are so happy to add this amazing line in our herd to develop to be mouth watering new bloodline to Mini Nubian world. It will take a long time but by the time this line has reached several years, it will show the beauty. CAE, CL. Johne's free herd, G6S normal by parentage |

@5:00pm: Noticed her udder is very full & plump. Her ligament was almost gone but still carrying too high to kid yet.
@7:15pm: She was very sweet. She was laying down and softly whining, get up to greet me. She is was so gentle. Kept whining gently & crouching often. Tiny goo is there. Loved being petted and ear scratching.
@8:20pm: Started pushing while laying down. Saw a big bubble and with the push, it bursted.
maybe after 3 mins rest, she started pushing again and this time, hoof was able to be seen.
Grabbed a hoof and helped. Could not find other foot. Saw a tongue sticking out. Helped pulling with one foot hoping the other foot would come out but did't. Head came out with huge push. Head & one leg got stuck. Cleared her nose & mouth so she could breath. At next pushing time, I helped really bring out the baby hard by pushing down, grabbing her foot and top part of her head & neck to guide.
@8:40pm: 6Lb girl was born as soon as the other leg's shoulder was able to come through,
@8:50pm: Stood up by herself
@9:20pm: Found teats by herself & nursing by herself
